Poha Medium/ Platta Rice

Medium poha is a medium-thick variety of flattened rice, also known as beaten rice or chiwda. It’s a digestible form of raw rice that’s high in carbohydrates and low in fat. Poha flakes swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, and can vary in thickness from nearly translucently thin to almost four times thicker than a normal rice grain.
